The types of dishes that are offered here are Chinese and dim sum. Among the many types of meals you can have there are dumplings, cheong fun, har gau, rice noodles, as well as different types of chicken, seafood (including prawn) congee and many more. What has made their meals so delicious is that they are prepared and cooked in the traditional way, so that you are feasting on truly authentic and genuine delicacy.
It is not just the food that makes eating and dining at the Ching Palace Cebu great, but the general ambience itself. Entering the premises you will see stunning aquariums filled with fish that swim by, and you will also get to see some of the most beautiful Birds of Paradise decorating the place. The overall color and look of the place, with its mint hues and glass, evokes class. This is of course, matched by the prompt and very friendly service of its staff.
Given the atmosphere, the ambience and the quality of the food, the price is generally higher than most restaurants. The average meal here will cost about Php 700 or US$ 11. Some of the other dishes here can go up to Php 1,000 or more. However, for those who do not want to settle for anything less, the price will be worth it.
Location
The Ching Palace Cebu is at the Number 20 Salinas Drive at Lahug in Cebu. It is not that far from Edison St and not too far from the Crowne Garden Hotel. Getting to the place can be done by boarding any of the jeepneys along Salinas Drive, although you can get a taxi cab instead.
